Exclusive Dark Matter Episode 7 Clip Featuring Joel Edgerton


ComingSoon is exclusively debuting a new Dark Matter Episode 7 clip from the  Apple TV+‘s hit sci-fi show starring Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly. Episode seven will be available globally on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, on Apple TV+, followed by new episodes every Wednesday through June 26.

The Dark Matter Episode 7 clip sees Joel Edgerton’s character, Jason Dessen, walking into a weapon store that he’s told he was just previously in. According to the description, Episode 7 will see “Jason and Amanda visit a breathtaking world. To hide the truth from Daniela, Jason2 takes desperate action.”

What is Apple TV+’s Dark Matter series about?

“Hailed as one of the best sci-fi novels of the decade, Dark Matter is a story about the road not taken,” the official synopsis reads. “The series will follow Jason Dessen (played by Edgerton), a physicist, professor, and family man who — one night while walking home on the streets of Chicago — is abducted into an alternate version of his life. Wonder quickly turns into a nightmare when he tries to return to his reality amid the mind-bending landscape of lives he could have lived. In this labyrinth of realities, he embarks on a harrowing journey to get back to his true family and save them from the most terrifying, unbeatable foe imaginable: himself.”

Along with Edgerton, Dark Matter stars Jennifer Connelly, Alice Braga, Jimmi Simpson, Dayo Okeniyi, and Oakes Fegley.

Dark Matter is based on the 2016 novel of the same name by Blake Crouch. Crouch serves as the executive producer, showrunner, and writer on the series, while Matt Tolmach, David Manpearl, and Egerton also serve as executive producers. Sony Pictures television produces the series for Apple TV+.

The first two episodes of Dark Matter premiered on Apple TV+ on May 8, 2024. New episodes continue to be released every Wednesday, with the season finale airing on June 26, 2024. The fourth episode of Dark Matter will premiere on May 22, 2024.
