One Piece Episode 1060 Recap

Zoro and King continue their battle, but Zoro is still unable to control Enma. He reminisces on the history of his swords and his childhood. In his village, he used to talk about swords with an old man who is rumored to be a samurai. The old man gives Zoro some swords he forged to practice with. He explains how each sword has a personality, and it’s a swordsman’s job to tame them. He then talks about the greatest sword he made, which he named after the great king of hell. Zoro realizes he was talking about Enma.

Meanwhile, Momonosuke continues to try to control the Flame Clouds to keep Onigashima from crashing into Wano. Apoo and Drake are fighting CP 0, and two Numbers enter the battle. Zoro remembers the origins of Shimotsuki Village and realizes that the old man was Shimotsuki Kozaburo. He changes his thinking on how to control his sword’s power. Suddenly, more of Kaido’s men approach Zoro, offering to help King defeat him. However, something in Zoro’s Haki changes, and the henchmen are knocked out.
