Recent reports have revealed the current status of former AEW Women’s World Champion Saraya, also known as Paige from her WWE days. Saraya has revived her professional wrestling career once again.

After her WWE contract expired in 2022, Saraya signed with AEW. Following her retirement in 2018 due to a neck injury, she made her in-ring return two years ago at AEW Full Gear, facing Britt Baker. Since joining All Elite Wrestling, Saraya has risen to the top of the women’s division.

She captured the AEW Women’s World Title last year at All In in her home country, the United Kingdom. Saraya participated in an AEW Women’s World title number one contendership match on the October 8th edition of Dynamite. However, the bout saw Willow Nightingale defeat Jamie Hayter, Nyla Rose, and Saraya. Since the loss, she has not appeared on the AEW program.

Amid this, she recently addressed a fan’s comment asking when she would return, to which the fan responded that she was injured. This tweet caught Saraya’s attention, and she cleared up her status, saying, “I’m not injured.” While she is not injured, she has remained absent from AEW programming for some time. Recent reports have provided more details about her current status.
