Trolls Band Together‘s streaming release date is highly anticipated, and viewers are wondering when they can start streaming the sequel to 2020’s Trolls World Tour.

Fans of animated movies are interested to see Trolls Band Together as the film will be the third installment of the hit Trolls movie franchise. Here’s when Trolls Band Together could be coming out on streaming.

When is the predicted Trolls Band Together streaming release date?

The Trolls Band Together theatrical release date is November 17, 2023. Accordingly, fans can expect the film to drop on streaming platforms by January-February 2024.

The reason that Trolls Band Together has a speculated streaming release date of January-February 2024 is that Universal Pictures, which will distribute the film, releases its theatrical projects on streaming platforms 30-45 days after they run exclusively in theaters.

In the story of Trolls Band Together, Branch and his girlfriend Poppy set out to rescue Branch’s brother Floyd and reunite the other Branch brothers after Floyd is kidnapped by a pair of evil music pop stars.

Is Trolls Band Together coming out on streaming?

Trolls Band Together will be available to watch via streaming on Netflix and Peacock.

The reason that Trolls Band Together will stream on both Netflix and Peacock is because Universal Pictures, who holds the distribution rights to the film, signed an 18-month streaming deal with Netflix where their theatrical films would first stream on Peacock for four months after a theatrical run of 30-45 days, and then move to Netflix for 10 months before finally returning to Peacock for the remaining four months.

Current Netflix and Peacock subscribers will be able to watch Trolls Band Together when it drops on the two streaming platforms. A Netflix standard ad-supported subscription costs $6.99 a month and an ad-free standard subscription costs $15.49 a month. A Netflix premium ad-free subscription costs $19.99 a month. Meanwhile, a Peacock ad-supported subscription costs $6 a month/$60 a year, while an ad-free Peacock subscription costs $12 a month/$120 a year.
