Soon, John is declared dead by the police, and his son Jamie announces this tragic news in front of the media. John’s death is ruled out as a suicide as the weapon was found next to the body. However, his other kids, Beth and Kayce, refuse to believe this, with the latter delving deep into the mystery.
Further, Jamie’s girlfriend Sarah arrives to celebrate with him and confesses she is responsible for his father’s death; she hired a hitman to kill off John. The recent episode showed a flashback of John’s brutal murder at the governor’s mansion. Three men sneaked into the place and ended up choking a sleeping John to death. Further, the goons carry his body to the bathroom to make it look like a suicide.
