On the other hand, Brendon became a high school physics teacher and struggled to make ends meet. They cross paths when after returning from his duty Tommy gets insanely famous and viral by casually knocking out Pete at the gym. After hearing about the prize money of 5 million dollars, Tommy decides to participate in the mixed martial arts tournament and ends up realizing he will be having Brendan as his opponent.

It stars Tom Hardy as Thomas “Tommy” Riordan Conlon and Joel Edgerton as Brendan Conlon. Nick Nolte also joins as Paddy Conlon and Jennifer Morrison as Tess Conlon. Other cast members include Frank Grillo, Kevin Dunn, Vanessa Martinez, Noah Emmerich, Laura Chinn, Capri Thomas, Lexi Cowan, Denzel Whitaker, and Carlos Miranda.
