What happens at the end of Terrifier 3?

The third chapter in the franchise saw a plethora of unimaginable things. The ending of Terrifier 3 delivers a gruesome and intense climax. Art the Clown captures Sienna in her aunt and uncle’s home. She then awakens tied to a chair. Across from her, Aunt Jessica is in a similar condition, and she is being force-fed live rats. Meanwhile, her Uncle Greg’s decapitated body is gruesomely displayed with his head on the Christmas tree. On the other hand, Victoria, possessed by a demon, is with Art and reveals a skull infested with rats, claiming it belongs to Gabbie, only to later suggest it’s Jonathan, Sienna’s brother.

The demon inside Victoria then attempts to possess Sienna, but her resilience keeps her from succumbing. Meanwhile, Art tries to kill Gabbie, however, an unexpected twist happens. Gabbie insists Sienna opens her present first. As Sienna opens the gift, a sword emerges. Sienna then uses the sword to stab Victoria, causing her to disintegrate and opening a demonic void. In a dramatic fight, Art wields a chainsaw against Sienna, but Sienna ultimately pins him against a wall with her sword.

However, things take a dark turn when Gabbie is pulled into the demonic hole. Sienna desperately tries to save her but Gabbie slips away into the void. Sienna vows to bring her back.

Does Art the Clown die in Terrifier 3?

After his battle with Sienna, Art somehow manages to flee the scene. The final scene from Terrifier 3 shows Art, battered and disheveled, waiting at a bus stop with the haunting melody of “Silent Night” playing in the background. He boards the bus in which a woman can be seen reading The 9th Circle.
