WWE Superstar Logan Paul recently shared an exciting idea he pitched to Chief Content Officer Triple H. Paul, who signed a contract with WWE back in 2022, has created a storm in the world of professional wrestling.
Despite working a part-time schedule, Logan Paul has always delivered in his matches. His third match in the promotion was against Roman Reigns at WWE Crown Jewel. Their match was outstanding from the start, featuring various influences and moves throughout. Fans might remember Paul recording a video of himself while executing a frog splash on Reigns, which went viral on social media.
In addition to his outstanding matches, Paul has engaged in unique antics within WWE that fans have never seen before. He generated buzz with his Elimination Chamber pod video, where he drew and mocked Kevin Owens, as well as with his use of a drone shot during his match against Cody Rhodes in May at WWE King and Queen of the Ring. Logan Paul has consistently pushed the boundaries within the promotion.
Recently, he shared that he pitched an interesting idea about potentially teaming up with a top star. He revealed that he proposed the idea to Triple H about teaming up with none other than Dominik Mysterio.
Logan Paul wants to team up with Dominik Mysterio
Logan Paul’s podcast, Impaulsive, recently featured women’s world champion Liv Morgan. During their discussion, Paul mentioned that he had proposed to Triple H the idea of teaming up with Dominik Mysterio. He also teased Morgan about her uncertainty in their tag team. He stated, “I’ll just say it, I pitched Triple H, like, me and Dom tag team. It didn’t seem like it was off the table. I just wasn’t sure if there was room for you [Morgan] in that tag team.”
When Morgan inquired about Paul’s desire to partner with Dominik, he explained, “Because I feel like we’re the two biggest villains in the WWE, and I feel like we would kick *** in WWE. And, most importantly, I like him off-camera. Like, we could hang out. Super cool. So if we have that off-camera chemistry and on-screen chemistry, I feel there’s potential there.”
While it is an interesting idea from Paul, both he and Dominik Mysterio have received significant heat from the fans. With this potential tag team in the making, their partnership would likely generate much disapproval from the audience. Only time will tell if Triple H ever considers this idea.
