List of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 243 spoilers

The chapter starts with Kenjaku and Takaba beginning their comedy act on stage. They do a lot of jokes. They have a conversation about Momotaro, a hero in Japanese folklore. After that, they mentioned a few grandma-related jokes. After telling jokes back and forth, something in the atmosphere changes. Kenjaku and Takaba suddenly go quiet.

Kenjaku asks Takaba what’s wrong, and Takaba realizes their act is almost over. Takaba proceeds to talk about how he does not want the show to end because of his dream and he wants to stay being a stand-up comedian. He even starts crying while saying he does not want it to end. Meanwhile, Kenjaku comforts him. Takaba pats Kenjaku and they are back to reality.

Takaba is lying on the floor wearing a white robe and tells Kenjaku “thank you.” While Takaba is thanking him again, Kenjaku smiles and tells Takaba that he was pretty funny.

However, Yuta shows up out of nowhere and attacks. Kenjaku tried to counterattack with the cursed technique Antigravity System, but Yuta was too fast for him. Yuta successfully slashes Kenjaku’s throat and his head falls off. Meanwhile, Kenjaku is wondering why he did not notice Yuta and his cursed energy. He then realizes it was because of Takaba and being inside his dreams.

Kenjaku’s head rolls off and he proceeds to ask Yuta if this was their plan all along. Yuta agrees, saying that was their intended plan since Takaba is unable to kill anyone off. Kenjaku gets disappointed since he was close to finishing what he needed to do. However, Kenjaku also says his will or desire will be passed on.

The series will not be on break next week.
