Michael Jackson Sexual Abuse Lawsuits From Leaving Neverland Revived

The Michael Jackson sexual abuse lawsuits have been revived.

Michael Jackson lawsuit

The HBO documentary Leaving Neverland features accounts from two men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, accusing the King of Pop of sexually abusing them when they were children. The cases were dismissed but the lawsuits have recently been brought back from dismissal.

Robson and Safechuck “will be able to proceed with claims that a pair of corporations owned by the singer had a legal duty to protect them from sexual abuse Jackson is alleged to have inflicted on them when they were children.”

This is the second time the suits have been restored after being dismissed. A Los Angeles judge will now reconsider the accusations against Jackson. Jackson’s estate has denied the claims that he molested the two men.
