Episode 9 of My Sweet Mobster aired on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, on JTBC and Viki. In the new episode, viewers see Prosecutor Jang Hyun Woo (Kwon Yool) telling Go Eun Ha (Han Sun Hwa) that the person she has been looking for has built a comfortable and good life for himself. However, he does not reveal that the person is none other than Seo Ji Hwan (Uhm Tae Goo).
My Sweet Mobster episode 9 further sees Go Eun Ha getting into trouble with a group of disrespectful high school students. In the episode, Eun Ha decides to leave Seo Ji Hwan’s place as she does not want her feelings for him to grow anymore. Episode 9 of My Sweet Mobster begins with a conversation between Go Eun Ha (Han Sun Hwa) and Jang Hyun Woo (Kwol Yoon). Although he discloses that the childhood companion she has been looking for is doing well and not him, he refrains from telling her that it is Seo Ji Hwan (Uhm Tae Goo). After that, Eun Ha returns to Ji Hwan’s place; she tells him what she has learned from the prosecutor. She then lets Ji Hwan know she will leave his place soon. It looks like Eun Ha is trying to distance herself from Ji Hwan after he has started pretending not to have any feelings for her.
The episode then shows that the convicted boss of Go Yang Hee, Seo Tae Pyeong, is released from prison and goes straight to Yang Hee’s place to take over the Cat Company. It seems he also used to be Seo Ji Hwan’s boss before police arrested him. After hearing the news of his release, Ji Hwan keeps it between him and Joo Il Young. He also decides not to let it affect anything about their lives and company.
Later on in My Sweet Mobster episode 9, Go Eun Ha goes on a blind date, which makes Seo Ji Hwan extremely jealous. She then gets into a troublesome situation with three high school students. She also ends up at the police station and has to ask Jang Hyun Woo for help. After learning about Eun Ha’s trouble, Ji Hwan rushes to the police station but does not come before Eun Ha after seeing her with the prosecutor.
Han Sun Hwa Decides to leave Uhm Tae Goo’s house
After that, in episode 9 of My Sweet Mobster, Eun Ha (Han Sun Hwa) informs Seo Ji Hwan (Uhm Tae Goo) that she has found a new place for herself. Thus, she will be leaving his house. She also tells him that she will be signing the papers for the new place the next day at 11 a.m. Meanwhile, Seo Ji Hwan has already booked a well-maintained and secured apartment for her after learning about her plan to leave his place. However, he fails to give her the papers for the apartment and acts indifferent to the news of her leaving.
It makes Go Eun Ha quite upset, and she talks to her friend about it. There, she confesses that she has romantic feelings for Seo Ji Hwan. However, she does not want those feelings to grow after seeing Ji Hwan distancing himself from her. This is the reason why she has decided to leave his house.
What happens at the end of My Sweet Mobster ep 9?
Towards the end of episode 9 of the K-drama, Go Eun Ha signs the papers for the new rental place. She then meets prosecutor Jang Hyun Woo. The two sit on a park bench and have drinks together. One of Seo Ji Hwan’s employees sees them together at the park and rushes to tell Seo Ji Hwan about it.
Meanwhile, Ji Hwan keeps on thinking about Eun Ha. He is torn about his decision to let her go from his place. Thus, he finally gathers the courage and decides to meet her. When he is about to leave his house, his employee arrives and informs him about Eun Ha’s location. Thus, Ji Hwan runs to see Eun Ha.
At the end of My Sweet Mobster episode 9, Go Eun Ha gets several calls from Seo Ji Hwan, who desperately looks for her at the park. When she finally receives his call, prosecutor Jang Hyun Woo confesses his romantic feelings for her. He tells her that he likes her. At that moment, Ji Hwan occurs there and listens to Jang Hyun Woo’s confession. The episode ends right there.
