Following its theatrical release last December, Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment has announced The Boys in the Boat Blu-ray release date for Amazon MGM Studios’ sports biographical drama about an underdog college rowing team’s journey to the Olympics.
The George Clooney-directed movie will be available for purchase on Blu-ray, beginning on June 25 for $22.99 (ERP). During its theatrical run, the film had garnered a gross of over $55 million at the box office against a reported budget of around $40 million. Despite receiving mixed critical reviews, it currently holds an Audience Score of 97% on Rotten Tomatoes.

The Boys in the Boat was directed by Clooney from a screenplay written by Mark L. Smith. The film starred Callum Turner, Joel Edgerton, Chris Diamantopoulos, Jack Mulhern, Sam Strike, Luke Slattery, Thomas Elms, Tom Varey, Bruce Herbelin-Earle, Wil Coban, James Wolk, Hadley Robinson, and Courtney Henggeler. It was executive produced by Gary Barber, Barbara A. Hall, Andy Mitchell, Peter Oillataguerre, and Kevin Ulrich. Clooney, Lee Grumett, and Grant Heslov were also serving as producers.
