The Morning Show Season 4 Cast Adds Oscar Winner Marion Cotillard


Apple TV+ has officially welcomed Oscar-winning French actress Marion Cotillard (La Vie en Rose, The Dark Knight Rises) to The Morning Show Season 4 cast for the upcoming next installment of its acclaimed workplace drama.

Who will Marion Cotillard play in The Morning Show Season 4?

According to Deadline, Cotillard has signed on to portray a key role during a major story arc in The Morning Show Season 4. Her character’s name is Celine Dumont, who’s describes as a “savvy operator from a storied European family.” This marks Cotillard’s first major scripted series following a brief appearance on 2023’s anthology series Extrapolations. She will next be seen in the upcoming biopic drama Lee, featuring Kate Winslet as a photojournalist chronicling World War II.

The Morning Show is an unapologetically candid drama that looks at the modern workplace through the lens of the people who help wake America up. Cotillard will be joining series leads Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Billy Crudup. It also features returning stars Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Bel Powley, Desean Terry, Janina Gavankar, Tom Irwin, and Marcia Gay Harden.

The series is created and executive produced by Michael Ellenberg (The Leftovers), with Kerry Ehrin serving as writer. Executive producers are Witherspoon, Aniston, Ehrin, Mimi Leder, Kristin Hahn, Lauren Levy Neudstadter, Adam Milch, and Erica Lipez.
