Shout! Studios has announced the Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 Blu-ray release date for the latest sequel to 2023’s horror slasher movie, based on A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard’s classic children’s book. This comes after eight months since Blood and Honey 2 made its theatrical debut, which earned a total gross of $7.6 million at the box office against a reported budget of $500,000.

Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 will be available to purchase on Blu-ray starting on Tuesday, December 10. The Blu-ray will also include bonus features such as the film’s trailer and image gallery.
The sequel was directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield from a screenplay written by Matt Leslie, with Scott Jeffery producing. It stars Scott Chambers (Malevolent), Eddy Mackenzie (Flux), Marcus Massey (Bunny the Killer Thing), Tallulah Evans (Penelope), Kelly Rian Sanson (Snake Hotel), Simon Callow (The Witcher), Alec Newman (The Last Kingdom), Nicola Wright (EastEnders), Peter DeSouza-Feighoney (The Pope’s Exorcist), Lewis Santer, Tade Adebaio, and Nichaela Farrel.
“Deep within the Hundred Acre Wood, a destructive rage grows as Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger find their home and their lives endangered after Christopher Robin revealed their existence,” reads the sequel’s official synopsis. “Not wanting to live in the shadows any longer, the group decides to take the fight to Christopher’s hometown of Ashdown, leaving a bloody trail of death and mayhem in their wake. Winnie and his savage friends will show everyone that they are deadlier, stronger, and smarter than anyone could ever imagine … and get their revenge on Christopher Robin once and for all.”
